The Malta AgriFair 2022 was a national event organised by the Ministry for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights held throughout the span of one weekend – the 20th to the 22nd May. The Malta AgriFair 2022 was the first of its kind locally and was aimed at raising awareness and promoting the various systems, sectors and stakeholders who together contribute to the nation’s food production. This event also sought to educate the public on the true meaning of the Farm to Fork experience via innovative, interactive and multisensory activities.

Koperattivi Malta – the Apex organisation for co-operatives in Malta and Gozo, together with its member co-operatives, Farmers’ Central Co-operative (F.C.C.S), Mġarr Farmers, Koperattiva ta’ Min Irabbi il-Majjal (K.I.M) and Koperattiva Produtturi tal-Ħalib (KPH Group) joined the exhibitors in welcoming the public to learn more about the crucial role played by organisations such as our cooperatives in Malta’s food chain.
